Gear Rental

Gear rental via our Storeroom is back open with normal access. Masks are required as they are in all indoor on-campus spaces.

Trip Leading

All official club trips must conform to these policies to be eligible for reimbursement.

• If you are planning an in-person event for club members, have a plan for how to maintain social distancing, follow occupancy capacities, and keep masks on at all time in indoor settings.

• Trip attendees may carpool with people from outside their household. Masks in the car are recommended.

• Trip attendees must participate in Tartan Testing up to one week before the scheduled trip. The trip leader will confirm this on the outset of the trip.

• Every trip attendee must have a mask with them, and wear it when not eating or drinking.

• Do not share food and drinks.

• Check county and state guidelines for the location of your trip in advance, and adhere to them.

• Be self-sufficient: fill up gas close to home, and bring food and water with you.

• Be aware that many public facilities (eg restrooms) are still closed, and plan appropriately.

• If the location you travel to is crowded, go somewhere else.

• Limit trip sizes. The absolute maximum group size is 25 people, try to stay below 10.
